displayMode is a Mini Micro global function that returns a map that contains a number for every supported mode in the display system.

Key Value Meaning
off 0 Display is off
solidColor 1 SolidColorDisplay
text 2 TextDisplay
pixel 3 PixelDisplay
tile 4 TileDisplay
sprite 5 SpriteDisplay
str function(mode) equivalent to displayMode.indexOf(mode)

Example

print displayMode.str(display(2).mode)  // display name of the mode of display 2
