Order of entries in the article

Swapped the order of the entries, putting the "isa" operator before the "__isa" map-entry. I think one does deal more often with the operator than the entry. Although of course the usage of the operator often depends on the existence of the "__isa" map-entry.

Feel free to disagree and revert.
